The Tokyo Sail and Power Squadron is offering classes preparatory in English for people seeking to obtain the Class I or II boat operator's license, which allows for operations of vessels up to 20 tons equipped with engines within Japan's shores. The classes will be held on March 26, April 2, 9 and 16, all starting at 7 p.m. The English version of the test will be held April 18. The following day there will be a jetski exam.
