DUBLIN, Ohio — The last time Nick Price took part in the Presidents Cup, he snapped a putter over his knee walking off the 18th green after losing a critical singles match in South Africa. He will return 10 years later as captain of an International team that has only one victory in nine tries.Price, a three-time major champion and among the most popular players of his generation, was selected to be International captain for the 2013 matches. The PGA Tour asked Fred Couples to return as U.S. captain for the third straight time."This has been a moment that I've been waiting for an awful long time," Price said. "It's probably the most excited I've been about anything in the last five or six years. This is a huge honor, and I'm very, very excited about it."
