KYODO — Ryo Ishikawa shot his second straight even-par 71 on Friday to make the cut at the Japan PGA Championship for the first time in four starts.The 19-year-old star was in danger of missing the cut after a bogey on the third hole and a double bogey on the next, but bounced back with birdies at Nos. 5, 11 and 18 at Onotoyo Golf ClubIshikawa is tied for 26th at the midway point in the first major of the year.Winless veteran Hiroo Kawai turned in the day's best score, a 67, to tie for the lead at 4-under 138 with Michio Matsumura (71) and American Jay Choi (72).
